Author Guidelines

Works submitted to the Publisher must comply with the formatting, bibliographic standardization, and manuscript preparation guidelines set forth in the author instructions. As a general standard, the Brazilian Technical Standards Association (ABNT) is adopted, especially with regard to citations, references, and text structure, unless otherwise specified in a particular call for submissions, series, or partnership agreement.

Manuscripts must be submitted in an editable file format, with prior revision, internal consistency, and full verification of citations and references. In-text citations and the reference list at the end of the work must follow the same standard and may not combine different citation styles.

Copyright Notice

By submitting a work to Editora Ibict, the author confirms that they hold the copyright to the text and have obtained any necessary permissions for the use of images, tables, charts, translations, or any third-party materials included in the work. The author also confirms that the manuscript is not under review or in production with another publisher.

Upon submission, the author agrees to the publication of the work in open access under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), or another equivalent license adopted by Editora Ibict in specific cases, allowing the work to be distributed and shared for noncommercial purposes with proper attribution to the original source.

Privacy Statement

The names, email addresses, and other personal information entered in this system will be used exclusively for the services provided by Editora Ibict and for activities related to the submission, review, editing, publication, and dissemination of works. This data will not be used for commercial purposes or shared with third parties outside the editorial workflow.
